Company A is a small manufacturing company in the North East of
England. Currently, they employ sixty people over three sites. There is
no HR department. Human resources currently fall under the remit of the
Managing Director. He tries to devolve as much as possible to his site
managers. None of the four individuals have any previous experience or
qualifications in the field of Human Resources. The managing director as
an all round knowledge of company law, however no one in the business as
experience of employment law.

paper format at the companies sites and via a password protected page on
our website.
A company handbook was created, produced and distributed to all
employees.

and line managers to ensure complete understanding and consistency
throughout company.
All four of the above were given access to our legal help line to
reduce the risk of any futher employment Tribunals.
The company can now request futher audits and choose from any other
